For Valentine’s day, I created this effect with glowing blossoming roses from the user’s head. I modeled the roses and their blendshapes in Maya, textured in Substance Painter based on the 2D concept. In Internal Effect House, I used visual scripting to set up the blossoming effect with eye blink detection.
